The NHS contractual arrangements for Q4 were published on 22 December 2021 and have been sent to you.

Some of you may be concerned about how you should manage the new arrangements, particularly in the context of the wellbeing of your team, the recent changes to the IPC guidance, and the rapid rise of the Omicron Covid variant.
