Practitioner Advice and Support
LDCs can support colleagues before GDC complaints are allowed to escalate. Where the regulator feels that the charges are deemed minor, or where no or very limited concerns are raised, these cases can be referred to local PASS, in order to see if local resolution and learning can be achieved.
