There has been confusion as to whether the UDAs earned by FDs in the first quarter of the current financial year will count towards the Contract Target.

I understand that the Commissioners are waiting for the OCDO to provide final guidance on the mid-year process which will show how UDAs are to be handled.

Please keep full contemporaneous records to support your claim when this is resolved.
