Oral Cancer Symposium - 29th November 2024

Meera Shah (meera.shah@hee.nhs.uk) leads on the Dental Workforce Development programme at NHSE in the East of England, working with the Regional Postgraduate Dental Dean, Malcolm Brady.

The Oral Cancer Symposium is an innovative multi-professional event covering a range of issues that directly impact general dental practice.

There were 8,846 oral cancer cases in 2022 - an increase of 34% in the last decade and by 103% compared with 20 years ago.

Increasing our knowledge of oral cancer can save lives.

The Oral Cancer Symposium will be a live event taking place on Friday 29th November in Cambridge - a day of learning and networking for all dental team members.

FDs and DCTs will be booked onto the day by the admin team and there are 50 places available for booking via Accent.

Please see: Oral Cancer Symposium for full details.

Kind regards,

Clint Foreman

(Asst. Sec. Essex LDC)
