We have taken service feedback and in collaboration with our Referral Management Service, are pleased to commence Advice and Guidance (A&G) system. This is the first of its kind in the country and will provide direct access to specialist restorative advice prior to making a restorative referral, thus supporting your referral queries. The A&G objectives will ensure equity of access to specialist advice across the region, reduce the number of rejected referrals and enable shared care to be delivered where appropriate. This User Guidance event will demonstrate how it will work and as a referrer, what you need to do.
