I am often asked why an initiative is limited to one ICB only.The answer is complex - differing priorities, budget limitations, etc. - but it may be as simple as the ICB leads not having considered it.As an LDC, we are always promoting good initiatives, but is also useful if individual members contact their ICB to ask why a successful initiative enacted elsewhere is not available.
