                                   Workforce Retention Survey

The 3 MCN Restorative Chairs of East of England, would like to revisit the factors that influence career choices, development and retention.

They will use this information to help to develop pilot schemes / suggestions for the NHS Career Pathway.

The original survey was sent out 3 years ago through the MCN, and they are trying to see if opinions have changed, and what recommendations can be put to the commissioning team / NHS going forwards.
