Neglect is the most common reason for a child to be subject to a Child Protection Plan in England.

It is estimated to affect up to one in ten children in the country

The session content will include:

· What is neglect?

· Definition and types of neglect

· What are the signs

· National and local statistics

· Why it is so important to tackle neglect

· Neglect in adolescence

· What can we do to support?
