Please see below a message from Avni Shah – Director of Primary Care Transformation.
Herts and West Essex ICB are undergoing extensive review to understand the current digital projects of work underway. The aim of the review is to build a roadmap to outline and establish the digital priorities for Primary Care currently, the future of Primary Care and the strategic links within the Primary Care ecosystem. We’re looking to gather as much feedback as possible from stakeholders to gain insight into how current projects are affecting workflow, if there is scope for future projects to benefit ways of working, and what these projects can cover.
We are keen to get detailed input from all areas of primary care.

It should take ~10-15 minutes, and will help provide the landscape of Digital in Primary Care.
In addition, we are looking to distribute a survey to patients in order to understand their perspectives on primary care digital strategies. We are looking for a number of practices who are willing to help distribute the patient survey via SMS to patients. If this is something you are interested in supporting, please let us know by responding to this email
